2. Free Shipping & Tracking 🎁

• Free Standard Delivery: We offer free shipping to over 200 countries. In some cases, additional freight costs may apply to specific remote locations; these will be shown transparently at checkout.

• Tracking Your Order: 📍 You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

3. Logistical Information

• Warehousing: To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship from multiple warehouses located in the USA, UK, Canada, and China using reliable carriers like USPS, ePacket, and EMS.

• Multiple Packages: 📦📦 For logistical reasons, bath bomb gift sets and surprise toy collections within the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages. This allows us to deliver your products as quickly as possible.

• International Reach: While we ship to most locations, if we are unable to deliver to your specific country, our team will contact you immediately to provide a full refund.
